Central Coast angler Tim Jones achieved a remarkable victory at the 2024 ABT BASS Pro Series Grand Final. Held at Lake St Clair in New South Wales, over the course of three days. Tim led the competition using his 2010 Mercury 150hp Optimax, ultimately securing the championship title and a brand-new Mercury 115hp Pro XS, paired with an Alloycraft bass boat. “It felt incredible to win,” Tim expressed. “They say when it’s your time, it’s your time, and I really believe everything I did on the water paid off.” On the final day, he caught five fish, finishing with a total weight of 12.075 kg for the tournament.
