The Swanson 42 has a reputation as a solid cruising boat. Shiralee is 46 years old and now needs an owner keen on a new project or ideally living aboard a boat that needs some care and attention. This boat presents opportunity to the right owner. The sum of the restoration on this boat so far makes her arguably worth more than the current asking price. But she does need some work. Parts of the deck core need replacing as does the PSS seal. 

The current list of improvements include: the exterior of the hull has been resprayed by Beashalls, the galley has been refitted ( new stove and fridge freezer), all electrics have been upgraded by Aquatronics and lithium batteries have been fitted.

All work on the boat has been catalogued and there a three folders on board showing dates and inventory of work  done and parts installed.
