The Sea Ray 290 Sundancer has long proven to be one of the best sports cruisers ever built and this particular one lives up to the reputation. Boosting a large cockpit and cabin and repowered in 2016 at a cost of $42,800 with two 220HP V6 MerCruisers she offers great performance and excellent fuel economy with comfort and style to match.

With only 51 hours on the clock and recently serviced its happy boating times ahead for the new owner. If space is important this Sea Ray 290 is ideal for family getaways (sleeping 6). If entertaining is your thing this boat can comfortably seat 8 adults.

The cockpit is very spacious, for the skipper there is seating for 2 with a well laid out helm and behind there is u-shape seating for 6. For protection from the sun and rain there is a large bimini with clears all round and a storm cover at the back.

In the cabin there is plenty of space with a generous size galley with fridge, sink and microwave and opposite a dining area with seating for 4 (that converts into a double berth) and TV above, there is also a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Forward there a double berth that can be closed off for privacy and at the aft another double berth.

Features include:

  • New engines and sterndrives June 2016 at a cost of $42,800
  • Lives on an air berth (available to purchase separate)
  • Very low 51 hours, performs like a new boat
  • Big volume boat and very beamy, feels bigger than actually is
  • Comes with service history, most recent service July 2022 making it ready to go
  • Has Mercury VesselView7 module fitted for live engine analytics
  • Two double cabins with central galley and dining area in cabin

The boat was slipped in June 2022 and a full service was conducted on the engines and sterndrives.
