DESCRIPTION

1992 Samson 56ft ferro ketch, is now for sale exclusively with DBY Boat Sales.

Fitted with an immaculate 2008 model Perkins 92hp shaft driven diesel engine and twin fuel tanks combined 750 litres gives a massive range.

She will make a very comfortable cruising liveaboard yacht with abundant space down below and above decks, plus the large centre cockpit area.

Featuring a pilothouse dual steering station with all-weather protection from either the centre cockpit or down below. The feeling on deck is safe and rock solid, no pun intended.

Since 2008 after the new Perkins was installed and all wiring was replaced, there has been a new rudder installed, new electrical panel, new hydraulic steering ram and lines. In December 2013 she was soda blasted back to bare and re epoxied along with new antifoul at the time. 2015 mizzen sail and cover, new bowsprit, new anchor winch and chain.

Batteries are all 2017/2018 along with new solar panels and battery system monitor.

The yacht comes fully equipped with a comprehensive list of galley items, spare parts for engine and systems, tools, extensive safety equipment, sail and deck hardware.
