Doug Peterson designed, The Peterson 30 (Also known as Santana 30) has a bullet proof reputation, they are well-built, affordable and suitable for coastal cruising and club racing. 'Chippy' is a great example and has been well loved by her current owner. The exterior is well organised and set up for single handed sailing. She features a generous sail wardrobe which includes a brand new main, 2 Spinnakers and 4 head sails. Due to the large beam, the interior feels very spacious for a 30 footer and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It features a V-Berth cabin, an enclosed head and a large main cabin with bench seating, a galley and a STRB quarter berth. The engine bay is equipped with a recently serviced 10-year-old, Raw water cooled 20hp Volvo diesel Shaft drive engine.
