Below I have listed just some of the detail and equipment to give a buyer an idea of attention to detail by the owners:

Operating systems:

Anchor Windlass

The Lofrans windlass is operated in both directions (Up & Down) using the deck foot switches.  The main power switch is located in the V Berth.

Bow Thruster

There is a control pad on the left side of the helm.  The bottom middle button turns the power on once the main switch in the V Berth is turned on.

NOTE:  The windlass and bow thruster share a separate battery system.  It is recharged by an “Echo Charger” located between the batteries.  Both units have ANR fuses to protect them.  The power switches are located on the face of the V Berth bunk.

Solar Power:

This is a passive system.  The controller is located in the quarter berth cabinet.  There is a remote panel at the Nav station.  One feature is the ability to use the solar to equalize the house batteries.   Doing this a few times a month will keep the batteries in good condition extending their useful life.

Wind Generator:

This is a passive 400 watt 12-volt power system and can be turned on / off via a switch in the Nav Station.

Water Maker

The Spectra Ventura 200 T 12-volt water maker is located behind the starboard salon settee.  The power switch, control valves, sea strainer and 5 micron filter are located inside the galley sink cabinet.  The pressure and production gauges are located to the right of the galley sink.

Stove / Grill

The galley stove and deck grill share the two propane tanks located in the aft deck locker.  The control for the gas solenoid is located above the galley sink and it has two gas sensors that will trigger an alarm and shut off the value if gas is detected.

Sailing Instruments / Radar / Autopilot

At the helm is the Garmin 4010 Chart Plotter, Garmin Multi Display, Nexus Wind display and a legacy Nexus Multi display.   The autopilot control is here as well.

The NMEA 2000 backbone is located beneath the helm in the engine room ceiling.

The Nexus server which is connected to the Anemometer, Depth and speed log transducers are located in the port salon settee aft cabinet.

The Garmin GND 10 connection box is located inside the aft head cabinet.

The autopilot brain is located behind the aft cabin seat back.  The actuator cylinder is located under the aft bunk and the reservoir is inside the aft lazarette.  It uses a light hydraulic oil.

The actuator is for vessels up to 79,900 pounds and was made for Garmin by Hypro based in the UK.

Generator

Mas Power 5.5 KW.  The generator was built by Mastry Engine in St Petersburg Florida USA.  Mastry was purchased by Yanmar and is its largest location in the U.S.  They coupled a reliable three cylinder Yanmar diesel engine with a 110v, 60 hz, single phase generator made by Colisium Electric based in Sarasota Florida USA.  The unit can be started at the onboard panel or via the remote panel located in the quarter berth.

Inverter / Charger

Victron Multiplus.  It is a 120 amp battery charger and 3000 watt inverter.  It is controlled by the VE.NET BLUE POWER PANEL located in the NAV station.  It also has the optional battery monitor module which shows the state of the house bank batteries.

Deck Wash down

The outlet is located on the port side of the deck.  The pump is self-regulating and located behind the access panel in the forward head.

Refrigeration:

Technautics CoolBlue.  This is a Technautics 12-volt air cooled system.  The unit is located behind the starboard settee seat back, aft end.  It uses a large cold plate located in the freezer with spill over to the refrigerator box.  There is a dual temperature gauge located above the galley sink.

Filter Boss Fuel Commander

This is located on the port wall of the engine room with a remote indicator panel at the helm.  This is a feature rich device that can be used for fuel polishing, tank to tank fuel transfer, back up lift pump and with on-the-fly switchable dual Racor filters.

Oil Change Pump (Reverso Pump)

This is located on the aft bulkhead of the engine room.  It is plumbed into the main engine and generator oil pans.  There is a hose to insert into the transmission for oil removal and one for discharge into a waste oil container.  This will save time doing oil changes.

WIFI Extender

This system was provided by Island Time PC.   It will detect WIFI stations which can be used through a wireless on board network.

Sump Pump / Shower

The sump pump is located under the starboard salon cabin sole.  The switch is on the head sink.

AIS

This transponder can be reprogrammed by the owner.  It is connected through a Vesper AIS splitter to share the mast head antenna.  Targets appear on the chart plotter via a NEMA 2000 connection.

VHF / SSB

VHF is ICOM M504 and SSB is ICOM M802.  The SSB has an ICOM AT-140 Antenna tuner and Pactor III Modem.  Both radios share one circuit breaker.  Both are programmed with current owner MMSI and will need to be reprogrammed by an ICOM authorized technician.

Bilge Pumps

There are three bilge pumps, two electric automatic and one manual.  The primary pump is a diaphragm type located in the port hanging locker just forward of the Nav station.  The emergency pump is located in the bilge access in front of the companionway steps.  Also in the bilge space is a manual pump.  Both electric pump control panels are located in the Nav station.  The emergency pump has a high water alarm.

Stereo

This is a Fusion unit that can handle an iPod as well as provide AM/FM broadcast and a Bluetooth input.  It is located in the Nav station with speakers in the cockpit and salon.

Running Lights

There are two options for running lights; mast head and deck level.   There is a main breaker to power the running lights and a rocker switch to choose between mast head or deck level.  The mast head light is a LunaSea brand.  It has a photocell built in for the anchor light.  To operate the emergency strobe the running light and anchor light breaker are both turned on.
