Esprit de Four was purchased as new by the current syndicate owners in 2018 and are now looking to add a 4th member to enjoy the very best Sydney’s waterways has to offer, viewed from the extremely versatile Dufour Grand Large 382.
Above deck the yacht boasts twin steering wheels with winches and sheets al within easy reach, making it an ideal cruiser.
Below decks is a full size saloon with kitchen, bathroom and two cabins, perfect for overnight stays!
Ideal for twilight racing, cruising or champagne entertaining, the yacht has been set up and meticulously maintained to manoeuvre and park with ease, all from a conveniently located marina berth and North Harbour Marina.
Esprit de Four is a regular competitor in Friday Night Twilight races which is run by Manly Yacht Club, the start finding line is just a few minutes from the marina and tends to do very well throughout the season's point score!!
Set up and pack down are a breeze with the yacht boasting a self furling headsail and lazy jack main making it simple, safe and fast for even small crews to handle.
The new syndicate owner is welcome to join the existing syndicate members on Fridays or use the yacht for other twilight events that run on many mid week days during summer.
North Harbour Marina is ideally located on the shores of the harbour in Balgowlah, very close to Fairlight and Manly, the yacht is kept on a secure marina berth and with recently upgraded key fob gated access.
Costs are kept low as the syndicate is self managed, with each member contributing quarterly running costs of $3,000 and an initial share purchase of $70,000.
The yacht is berthed and maintained from these funds and is kept in immaculate condition with recent upgrades to the navigation and electrics.
Bookings are very simple and flexible and are managed online.
Inspections are welcome at any stage, with Paul, Mike and Jeremy keen to meet with any like minded yachties or boaties, keen to explore Sydney's waterways, a full handover and training would of course be part of any purchase so that you are ready
to go at any stage!
