This neat Horizon 442 Stryker rig has a lot going for it. While a team of keen anglers could put the well turned out alloy rig to good use for some serious fishing in bay or estuary, there's no denying the craft's tremendous family boating appeal given the generously wide layout, ample interior work room plus a red hot price!

The Stryker range also features a new hull design - "Hydro Lift" which incorporates reverse chines, variable dead rise and a nice wide 2.06m beam. 

Reverse chines - The reverse chines which have been pressed into the hull assist in giving increased stability at rest, faster planning time, dryer ride. 
Variable dead rise - Horizon incorporates a variable dead rise hull in which features sharper V in the bow to cut through chop, a shallower V aft for more stability and improved hole shot. 
Pressed planning strakes - This System helps the hull break free from the water's surface tension, resulting in important hull lift and excellent acceleration as well as helps to improved fuel consumption. 
External Keel - The Back bone of the boat, an external keel not only assists in increased turning ability and tracking but also gives protection when on the trailer, assists to deflects underwater objects before coming into contact with the hull or when parking on the beach.
