DESCRIPTION
A 2012 model 3-cabin twin head version of this past "European Yacht of the Year" the Sun Odyssey 409 is a highly regarded cruising yacht with sparkling performance and great balance. This example is lightly used and well maintained and was fitted with new Raymarine instruments and a Hybrid touch plotter last year. It's also had all new running rigging and a new UV strip on the headsail.
The interior is absolutely immaculate, with traditional L-Shaped galley, saloon with seating opposite, and three good cabins, the forward being he owners cabin with an ensuite with shower screen. The finish is high end with light coloured vinyl upholstery in excellent condition lots of timber finishes. There is lots of light and ventilation to make this a really comfortable space to spend time in.
The short-overlap headsail and easily managed mainsail make handling easy, especially as the yacht has both an electric halyard winch and auto-pilot. The cockpit has a large drop-leaf table on which the plotter is mounted and features a teak floor as well as seating and swim-platform.
