Extensive Recent Mechanical Works

Recent Engine & Sterndrive Servicing

Both Volvo Penta 5.7L V8 engines have also received comprehensive annual servicing, including engine oil and filters, primary and secondary fuel filters, water separators, raw-water pump impellers, cooling-system inspections, belt and hose checks, battery testing, electrical inspections and operational testing.

Both sterndrives were serviced with gear oil replacement, water-intake cleaning, anode replacement, inspection of universal, shift and exhaust bellows, engine-alignment checks and lubrication of the associated driveline components. The service also included 16 new spark plugs.

Further mechanical works completed in 2026 included:

• Replacement starboard seawater pump
• Two new marine cranking batteries
• Two new house batteries
