Performance Few production yachts can match the adrenaline of a Mangusta 80 at full noise. Twin MTU 16V2000 M93 engines (2,400 hp each, 4,800 hp total) paired with Arneson ASD14 surface drives propel BLANC to a verified 46–48 knots in light conditions and a relaxed 32–36 knot cruise. Engines are fully up-to-date on MTU service schedules. The Arneson drives were removed, fully rebuilt and reinstalled in 2023 with new seals, bearings and trim rams. New bow and stern thrusters (2024) make close-quarters handling effortless despite the yacht’s performance envelope.
2023–2024 Refit – Scope & Standard This was not a cosmetic exercise. The yacht was stripped to a shell in many areas and rebuilt using the finest materials available:
