Grand Boats is launching its 25th anniversary celebrations at the 2026 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show. Marking 25 years of premium rigid inflatable boat manufacturing, the globally recognised RIB brand will showcase the Southern Hemisphere debut of the all-new Grand G980 flagship. Visitors will also experience the launch of Grand’s innovative 3D Boat Constructor for the first time in Australia.
Built in Ukraine since 2001, Grand Boats has earned an international reputation for high-quality rigid inflatable boats, combining European-inspired craftsmanship, offshore performance and family-friendly boating design. Known for premium RIB boats, luxury tenders and versatile recreational vessels, the Grand range continues to grow across Australia and global boating markets.
“Celebrating 25 years is a proud moment for everyone involved with Grand Boats,” said Dmitriy Borodin, International Sales Manager at Grand Boats. “Every Grand boat is still built in Kharkiv, Ukraine, by skilled craftsmen who genuinely care about quality and innovation. That dedication continues to drive the brand forward.”
Grand Boats Australia will lead the anniversary celebrations locally at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show. Managing Director Dan Arscott said the milestone recognises both the resilience of the Ukrainian team and the strength of the worldwide Grand Boats community.
“At Sanctuary Cove, we’re celebrating the people behind the brand as much as the boats themselves,” Arscott said. “It’s also the perfect opportunity to showcase the next generation of Grand Boats innovation to Australian boating enthusiasts.”
Headlining the display is the new Grand G980. This 10-metre luxury RIB combines performance, comfort and offshore capability. Developed with renowned Swedish designers Mannerfelt, the twin-stepped hull delivers impressive handling and speeds exceeding 58 knots. The G980 also features overnight accommodation, an enclosed toilet, premium entertaining spaces and a high-end layout designed for Australian boating lifestyles.
The Grand Boats stand will also feature the brand’s biggest Australian line-up yet. Eight models will be on display, ranging from the compact G340 through to the flagship G980. Visitors can also explore Grand’s new 3D Constructor technology, allowing customers to customise layouts, colours, finishes and features in real time.
Grand Boats Australia will exhibit at Stand PR23 during the 2026 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show from 21–24 May 2026. Boating enthusiasts can pre-book a private inspection of the Grand G980 or explore the full Grand Boats range online at Grand Boats Australia.
