DESCRIPTION
Built to suit the serious fisho, the Quintrex 420 Hornet Trophy is a compact tournament-style fishing boat that punches well above its weight. With raised front and rear casting decks, this model gives anglers open space and clear access around the boat for casting, landing, and moving gear without restriction. Its 4.84m length and 2.3m beam provide a stable and spacious platform ideal for targeting species in lakes, rivers, and freshwater systems.
Power is delivered by the reliable Yamaha F40HP 4-stroke tiller, offering electric start, power trim and tilt, and a smooth-operating alloy prop. Workshop fitted and tested, the motor is bolted on with a PVC backing board and comes with dealer delivery and training for full confidence on the water. The Australian-made marine battery with isolation switch ensures dependable starting power and long-lasting performance.
Supporting the boat is a sturdy Quintrex Light Alloy Short 749ATM trailer, fitted with 13-inch galvanised wheels, adjustable keel rollers and long skids, LED lights, and a swing-up jockey wheel. With a 5:1 winch and motor support included, launch and retrieval are hassle-free. Topped off with current Quintrex decals and 12 months of QLD rego for both boat and trailer, this package is ready to hit the water and built for anglers who want space, balance, and no-nonsense performance.
