Nothing beats cooking your own catch. Most of us have a couple of specialties up our sleeve when it comes to getting the maximum flavour from our hard earned prize.
Of course the fresher the catch and the simpler the dish, the better it will be - but hey, there are lots of creative ideas that taste pretty good too!
