From the simple to the sublime – catering on board a boat can be a challenge but it doesn't have to be.

These recipes have been selected for their ease of preparation and delicious flavour.  Some are 'cook at home' meals that freeze and reheat safely or travel well.  Others are gourmet delights that have been modified to cater to easy onboard preparation and storage situations where refrigeration space is at a premium.
