Boaties tired of making repairs to their damaged and scratched tender vessels have a new champion in the form of the sturdy, go-any-where Ensign™.

Made from the same Polyethylene thermoplastic used in bullet proof vests, the Ensign™ range is virtually indestructible and unsinkable, having been subjected to rigorous testing.

Since its launch by The Haines Group in July 2007, the Ensign™ has proven popular for tender applications because of its unprecedented strength and ability to cut through rough chop effortlessly.

The Haines Group Managing Director (Sales and Marketing) Greg Haines said the design of Ensign™ vessels allowed for exceptional stability and easy entry and exit to the water.

“The Ensign™ range is built to marine survey, US Coast Guard and CE certification standards.

“These boats are positively buoyant and impervious to osmosis and corrosion, making them far more superior in quality to most aluminum boats.

“Because these boats are virtually unsinkable, the Ensign™ range are safer than the alternative tender vessels, such as inflatables and RIB boats,” Greg Haines said.

The range of cost effective, high quality and hard wearing boats have been in production for over 20 years; used in adverse conditions by recreational users, government departments and pearl divers.

The addition of Ensign™ boats to The Haines Group complements their already extensive line-up of fishing and lifestyle boats, including Signature, Seafarer and Traveler fiberglass boats and Nautiques world record tow boats.
