Exhibitor Emarine Australia is displaying the Back Cove 30 motor yacht in an Australasian boat show launch at Sanctuary Cove.
Emarine Australia, the exclusive Australian importer of Back Cove Yachts will have both the Back Cove 30 and Back Cove 37 on display. “Sanctuary Cove is a fantastic show and we really hope 2011 will be a big one for us,” said Emarine principal Jed Elderkin.
The Back Cove 30 epitomises Back Cove’s modern evolution of a time-honoured style. Presenting a traditional spoon bow, deep vee and gently sloping transom, the vessel offers the elegance of a traditional Maine lobster boat.
The hull has been constructed using state-of-the-art infusion technology for reduced weight and increased strength making this model even more fuel-efficient than its predecessor the Back Cove 29. Internally, the boat features a V- berth that converts to seating around the saloon table.
It has a fully-equipped galley with a separate head and shower. It can reach speeds of 20 knots with the standard 315hp diesel engine (an upgrade is available). Standard specification includes a bow thruster lending to the efficiency of the Back Cove 30
