This oh-so-easy Chicken Casserole works well with asparagus but you can substitute the asparagus for corn or mushrooms if you prefer.
1 cup shredded bbq chicken1 x can Mushroom Soup1 x can Asparagus cuts and tips1 x can Champignon pieces and stemsPepper to tasteOptional:1 tsp jar garlic¼ cup white wineGrated cheese
Mix all together then warm through. Serve with rice, salad or vegies.
