A luxurious houseboat which redefines what "waterfront home" means. Designed as a live-a-board boat or a holiday home, this boat boasts massive accommodations with 2 full size bedrooms with wardrobes and mirrors as well as a bedroom with 2 bunks for the kids. Even the kitchen looks like it's been pulled from a page of a homemaking magazine with stainless steel hardware and granite-look bench tops. The layout of the boat holds most accommodations at the stern on either side of a hallway and to the bow you will find the general living area, with full lounge room setup starboard and kitchen and dining area port. But what is a boat without being able to enjoy the scenery? Luckily, this boat has a fullsize second floor on the roof with an enclosed area for when the weather isn't too great. This includes a full size dining set-up as well as an extra sink station. Antifouled and anodes redone September 2011. Mooring included
