Islander 34 Cutter

This McGlasson design is a true blue water heavily built boat with a a low aspect sail plan and full keel with a cut away 3/4 keel.

"Waterdragon" was purchased as a yacht craft 34 from Islander yachts as a bare hull and deck and since launching her in 1975 she has provided her owners with a safe practical cruising vessel. The original owners had the vessel completed as a semi custom yacht designed for extended offshore cruising and living aboard. As well as many cruises up & down the west coast from Canada to Mexico they completed a 2 year 22,000 mile cruise through the South Pacific until finally being used for the occasional trip out of Marina Del Ray where she was purchased by the previous owners.

Setting off from the California they spent the next 7 years on an extended cruise that took them across the Pacific until finally ending up in Australia when the current owner purchased her in 2009.
