Naiad Inflatable Boats

Naiad Inflatables are designed in New Zealand by a New Zealander, for the harsh New Zealand conditions. Naiad is regarded as the market leader in New Zealand in producing rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIBs), from 2.5 metre tenders to 15 metre specialist craft.

Naiad's expertise is in the custom design and manufacture of large commercial craft. To date, we have built six 12.6 metre craft. These vessels are being used as America's Cup Chase Boats, Commercial Passenger Boats, New Zealand Coastguard Rescue Vessels and Marine Pilotage. A 10 metre Naiad Patrol Craft, with live-aboard facilities for two, is also operating successfully in the Arctic Circle for the United States Government.

Our in-house Computer Aided Design (CAD) facilites enable us to be innovative in our design approach, and to research the effect of hull changes on performance. This means that Naiad vessels are extremely efficient and soft-riding, reducing crew fatigue. We offer three different types of fendering system to suit our customers' requirements.
